CLAIMS

We try our best to package the items safely so they do not get damaged on the delivery BUT since we do not have control on how the package will be handle (with care or not) during the delivery unfortunately we cannot be responsible for any damage specially on vinyls and CD/Tape cases. If a package get lost then it’s your obligation to setup a claim with your local post office using the tracking and registration number we will provide.
